DUNLICHITY HOUSE FLYFISHING

Guests who are experienced anglers may use the lochans during their stay subject to the fishery rules. Guests are entitled to fish for up to 4 hours per day on a ‘Catch and Release’ basis free of charge.

If guests wish to take fish in accordance with the fishery rules, then this must be pre-arranged prior to fishing and fish will be charged on the basis of £4.00 per lb. Please note that we do not have facilities for either storing or cooking caught fish.

Fishing tackle is available for hire at the cost of £5.00 per day (a deposit may be required).  

Fishing lessons for beginners may be available using one of our preferred external fly-fishing instructors. Guests need to contact the instructors directly prior to their visit to agree costs, timings etc. Details of our preferred instructors are featured on our links page.
