The Tordarroch stone circle (pictured right) is very close to Dunlichity House. Numerous others including the Clava Cairns near Culloden can be reached by a short drive.


Our Lochans (small lochs) which are within the 12 acres of our house grounds and are stocked with 8 species of trout and salmon (pictured right). Available for guests to fish - see Dunlichity Trout Fishery.

There is flat ground for walking and cycling in immediate area, plus easy access to the hills and mountains for which the Highlands are well known.
